An Environmental Philosophy of No Regrets
We have taken extensive steps to protect the natural beauty of this property. Lots are sited on natural benches in the mountainside that do not require blasting. We designed the roads, bridges, and amenity buildings around the natural circulation of the valley. Fish and wildlife habitats have been taken into account at every stage of the process. Limited clearing has protected the mountain flora and trees. All construction in WedgeWoods is carried out with respect for the indigenous life here. At WedgeWoods, we were determined to create a place with absolutely no regrets.
